Join us this year as we celebrate the cultural and diveristy of the City of Lancaster.  Festivities include live music on two stages, over 20 food vendors along North Queen Street, two pub areas with locally crafted beer and wine, plus fireworks!  The event will take place on Friday, June 22, 2012 and is FREE to the public.

Over 20 food vendors along North Queen Street and in Lancaster Square.

5:00 PM – 10:00 PM  
Live music on two stages at Penn Square & Binns Park.  Plus two pub areas featuring locally crafted beer and wine.

Jordan Rast
: Jordan Rast is a singer songwriter from Lancaster, PA. His music includes a diverse collection of original songs consisting of honky-tonk rousers, pop rock hits, and folk ballads. Expect to leave humming his songs with a smile on your face.
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM           
Burning Bridget Cleary:
  Known for their captivating sound and engaging stage presence, Burning Bridget Cleary is currently one of the hottest young acts on the Celtic and folk music circuits.
8:15 PM – 9:30 PM  
The Ragbirds:
  Led by dynamic, energetic front woman and multi-instrumentalist Erin Zindle, The Ragbirds utilize an arsenal of instruments from around the world.  The Ragbirds are a fusion of folk rock and pop hooks over danceable world rhythms stirred with a Celtic fiddler’s bow.

Singing a variety of gospel music from traditional to contemporary with a single goal of giving God all the praise!!!

Rotimi Hundeyin & De Afrophonik Rhythms Crew
:  A world music artist, a true African ambassador and cultural representative, Rotimi is a multi-talented musician and performing artist.  He plays the trumpet, flugel horn, saxophone, keyboards and African drums to express his brand of world music which he has styled AFROPHONIK RHYTHMS. This Unique blend of Afrobeat and Folk music with serious indigenous content creates a totally new experience.
8:30 PM – 10:00 PM 
Frankie Morales & Mambo of the Times Orchestra:
Having started on the streets of “El Barrio”, New York City’s Spanish Quarter and now singing on the stages of the world, Frankie is featured on many award winning Latin Jazz albums, and is the well known lead singer of the Tito Puente Orchestra.

Also performing throughout the evening…. The Happy Wanderers, an authentic German flavored quartet and the MFE Community Chorus, a community of voices romping through the world of music in various languages.  The Happy Wanderers will play at the Lancaster Square pub area from 5:30 - 6:00 PM, 6:30 - 7:00 PM, and 8:00 - 8:30 PM. They will also perform on N. Queen Street in front of the Downtown Isaac's. The MFE Community Chorus will perform on N. Queen Street in front of Isaac's from 6:00 - 6:30 PM.

Food and Beverage Vendors

Food vendors will line North Queen Street beginning at 11:30 am.  Additional food vendors will open at 5:00 pm in Lancaster Square.  Beer and wine pub areas will open at 5:00 pm in Penn Square and Lancaster Square.  All food and beverage vendors will be open until 10:00 pm.

Event Parking

Event Parking will be available at the Prince, Water and King Street Garages for the event.  Beginning at 4:00pm the Lancaster Parking Authority will have a $5.00 flat rate for the evening at the Prince and Water Street garages.  Pay upon entry.  For a map of the parking garages please visit http://www.lancasterparkingauthority.com/pdfs/LPAWebMap.pdf
